Agnes is Senior Partner & Responsible Officer of Yaozhi Asset Management International in Hong Kong, and a Director of Great Glory Investment Corporation (her family office).
She is an Expert Review Panel member for the MTR Corporation sustainability reports, an ESG expert judge for WealthAsia (Benchmark) Funds of the Year Awards, Deputy Chair of the training committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD), board member of Hope of the City, advisory committee member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Fred Hollows Foundation and Shao Ming Lo Foundation.
She is a holder of RA 4, 9 licenses issued by the Securities and Futured Commission in Hong Kong, and the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate issued by GARP. She also has FRM and CAIA accreditations.
Agnes has held multiple senior positions in financial institutions, family offices and non-profit organizations through her 41 years of work in China, Hong Kong SAR, the USA and Australia.
She has an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business, a BSc (Honors) from Roosevelt University in USA, and a graduate of the Stanford University Senior Executive Leadership Program and the 2011 Stanford Directors’ College. Her PhD thesis at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology focuses on sustainable investing.
She has authored a book on investing in H-shares, a Harvard Business case and a positive psychology book ‘Tall Miracles’.

月似碧心
Moon like a bluish-green heart

月倚庭梢宵初寂，
The moon leans upon a tall branch in the yard as the night gets still,
似愁若笑紫霞匿；
Is that a frown or a smile? Oh, a purplish cloud hides her will;
碧簾窗影院徑赤，
The rusty garden path contrasts that bluish-green curtain and window sill,
心靜情閑意恬適。
A quiet heart with peace at leisure makes the mood ever so tranquil.
月倚庭梢宵初寂，
似愁若笑紫霞匿；
碧簾窗影院径赤，
心静情闲意恬适。
