Madhura is a Senior Associate at BMR Legal. She has a strong background in corporate, commercial and insolvency law practice. At the firm, she is actively involved in corporate and taxation advisory and litigation, as well as proposing policy prescriptions on a wide range of subjects including Capital Markets, Foreign Direct Investments etc.

She has also contributed to the firm’s publications namely Report on India’s e-Commerce Taxation; Guide to ‘Doing Business in India’ and ‘Managing Tax Disputes’ and several other articles.

Madhura is an Advocate practicing before the Indian Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals.
