Fedor Heijl started his career as a second generation business owner of their family business Heijl Automotive. With 5 branches the midsized company aroused interest among the world market leader in the automotive branch for their innovations and smart solutions in logistics, online B2B selling and customer satisfaction. In 2015 Fedor sold the family business and used his Master’s Degree at Nyenrode University and practical experience at Sator/LKQ Corp. and Fource Automotive to start as non-executive board member and a trusted advisor for family owned businesses in different branches with his company Fvice. Furthermore Fedor is a Chair for Vistage where he is building a exclusive Peer-to-Peer advisory group of CEO’s, MD’s and business owners.
